What are the combinations that can be use for dual head?
I may have Octane 2 with V6 soon what would be my options with that?

Sony SDM-S94 with VGA and DVI inputs working very well so far with O2 awaiting adapter for Octane ESSI graphics.

I just got a sun 13w3 to vga adapter for my sony lcd that worked on my O2, but I get ano signal from my octane. any ideas on this? thanks

Ok all this is confusing me. I have a SONY SDM-S94 with dvi-d and Hd-15 so how well will this work with V6? I was thinking of switching, but it seems like a hassle.

Ok add another 4300 showing up as the dm media card as mentioned above. I plugged a firewire drive in. It sees the firmware of the bridge etc. It doesnt mount it it want to initialize. I cant do this because it is my emergency boot drive for os x but it seems to see it as any other drive. Oh got mine at compusa for 39 with tax

it also sees my sony trv-27 camcorder although in console it keeps scanning the firewire node and reporting whats up with that

Here's my experience with .25 I would use swmgr or inst via prompt. In two tries Irix has failed to update even though it installed fine both ways(live install since my cdroms wont work for some reason) After the install boot to single user mode. Snoop around check space blah blah. Then say reboot at prompt. It should build an new kernal and be fine. You mileage may vary but it has worked both times for me.

I did the mark recommended upgrades and it did exactly the same thing. try what i said earlier or autoconfig -vf

I just purchased ZetaOS R1 final release version it should be here in 2 weeks from bmtmicro.com It should be really fun to use. We may be able to quad boot on new macs. OSX, Linux, Zeta, oh and windows. Im sure there are more.

It's been a good day. My copy of Zeta R1 has arrived and cost only $84.00 shipped. Oh and not to mention I also recieved my unopened copy of Nextstep 3.3. Now I'm off to fetch a PC to install on to. Screenshots soon.

Ah well I'm not international anymore. I live in Tampa, FL. I work at a printing company in prepress and as their mac technician/unix guy. I also work for local apple reseller part-time.
