Sorry, if I'm wrong - but wouldn't we have had not good reasons for celebration a few days ago? Regardless, congratulations to neko - who joined Nekochan on 23/01/2003 - for running the best SGI forum there is, and also one of the most outstanding platforms you'll find anywhere on the net! All the best for (at least) the next 10 years

3 CUPS FLOUR
2 CUPS WHITE SUGAR
2 TSP BAKING SODA
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP CINNAMON

4 LARGE EGGS, BEATEN LIGHTLY
1 CUP APPLE SAUCE
1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
1 TSP VANILLA
3 CUPS GRATED CARROT
1 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
1 CUP DRAINED CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
25 MARASCHINO CHERRIES, CUT UP

Bake for 1 1/4 hours in 350*F oven using a greased and floured pan
Let cool 15 min before removing from the pan
Cool completely before icing

Frosting
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 lb icing sugar (4 cups)
1/2/ cup butter
4 tsp vanilla

A lot of good Indigo stuff Pre-sniping, I used to bid against neko occasionally on Indigo parts. He usually won Neko, do you still have that Indigo with the Galileo video that you got way back when ?
