For the moment, I'm still able to access specific books and man pages if I have a direct link to them (for example, by searching for a specific product with the site:techpubs.sgi.com option in google), but they all have a banner warning that:

"The new home for SGI documentation is the SGI Customer Portal, https://support1-sgi.custhelp.com/ . This site will be redirected to the new location later this month."

..but yeah, if you go to one of the old techpubs top-level browse/search pages, they all redirect to the " TechPubs Library Transition " page.

The clock is ticking.

It seems that http://techpubs.sgi.com is no more, or at least are moving to a new platform. If I type that URL in, I get redirected to: https://support1-sgi.custhelp.com/ with no obvious sign of the legacy manuals.

Luckily archive seems to have a rather complete mirror: https://web.archive.org/web/20160207095657/http://techpubs.sgi.com/library/tpl/cgi-bin/init.cgi

Are there any other mirrors?

Now that SGI has taken them offline, it may be time to talk about hosting them.

Of course that this is happening just as I was looking for VBOB documentation. I brought the jinx, sorry guys!
