Well I am now the proud owner of an Onyx 2 I finally found one here in Australia. All I know that the deskside unit is working & boots. I believe it has 4 cpus but I have no HINV for the system.

In a worst case scenario, what would be the graphics option installed in such a system?

'Reality' graphics:
* GE14-2
* RM8-16 raster manager
* DG5-2
Now this is a deep dark secret, so everybody keep it quiet :)
It turns out that when reset, the WD33C93 defaults to a SCSI ID of 0, and it was simpler to leave it that way... -- Dave Olson, in comp.sys.sgi

In the museum : almost every MIPS/IRIX system.

Yeah, I think Arti77 and Finnbook were the other bidders.
I know someone was really pissed about losing that auction.
I almost have enough machines and anyway I have a 24CPU Onyx2 already.
Adelaide is too far away for me and the transport people would probably have killed it to bring it here..

um, why is this in SGI:Video.. ?
