Hardware For Sale/Trade

Selling my Tezro and MacPro 8 core [updated with pictures] - Page 1

All,

Selling:
I am asking $1500 a piece.

I also have a 20" Apple Cinema Display with the DVI to ADC converter. >$150.

I would have a difficult time shipping these and am hoping there would be a local buyer. I am now in Woodinville, WA - northeast of Seattle 20 miles or so.

Regards,
--Eric

P.S. Some folks had PM'd me asking for pics, so here they are!

it is better to have loved and lost, than never to have lost at all or loaded linux in the end.

So close and so out of my price range. Mind if I come by and see the Tezro, I don't think I've ever seen one in person. I'm just down the way at the north end of 405 and would love a tour of the machine.

Curses, Red Baron.

So close and yet unattainable.
Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!

Too bad you're not still in Mantorville - we could talk about your Mac Pro :-)

Your Onyx is still nestled in the basement. I changed over one of the power bricks to 110v and have brought up a subset of the machine this winter. So far so good.

So does the front bezel really double as a viable cupholder?

No, it isn't very strong plastic - if you put anything weighty on it you'd likely break the hinges :)

I think that was jealousy or tongue in cheek.

What is worse is typing eject in a winterm and looking over a seeing the front panel still closed. I know why Tezros often have bad DVD drives.

I'd love another Tezro as a non Smoke/Flame Tezro or a MacPro as a nice Shake machine.

A bit of both really :-)
If you could ship, I can offer $1250 + shipping for the Tezro.

WTA/Titan is a typical shipping option.

Frighteningly enough, when I got my Tezro, there was evidence of some spilled coffee on the inside of the front bezel which made me think it was used as such....savages.

On the other hand, if one allows the user to infer such a thing is possible, then they'll probably try it.

It's a wonder I don't find breadcrumbs inside O2s...

Note that if it's not yet sold, IMO it should go to weblacky (Josh) as he asked first.
