Amen, brother. Instead Texas gets Governor Perry bragging about how well their abstinence-based "sex education" programs work, despite one of the highest teen pregnancy rates in the nation... (Fourth as reported by WAOI San Antonio on 10-Apr-2012; see also Guttmacher report )
