I love the setup but not $8K of love. Still, wish I could get the serial console and floppies.

I have an IMSAI 8080 but I've had no joy getting a serial console up on it. It does work with the front toggles and runs simple programs that way, so it's probably a matter of rehabilitating the ports or something.

That seems a bit steep, though his isn't the bare unit. I think I paid around $2700 for mine, which was roughly a year ago?
