Hey all,
I've just downloaded foetz's firefox_107-gtk1 version (was running the same 1.06 version) and I tried this one java page that I have found that is a good little 'java test' type page:
http://www.java.com/en/download/help/testvm.xml
It starts to load up, but then the browser crashes and I get this in my window:
# HotSpot Virtual Machine Error, Unexpected Signal 11

INTERNAL ERROR on Browser End: Pipe closed during read? State may be corrupt
System error?:: Error 0
I *can* still go the one site in particular that I do everyday (the site where I put in my hours for work) and that's all that really matters to me. But I wondered what this problem might be.
Another wrinkle in the situation was that for grins I went and re-ran the older 1.06 version and interestingly enough it crashed in exactly the same way on the above java testing page. So now of course I'm wondering when the last time I was actually able to get that page to work.
I'm curious if anybody else running the gtk1 version of 1.06 or the new 1.07 can get the url above to work w/o crashing...
Thanks! (and thanks for cranking out the updates foetz!)
