When I open it I find that the filament lights, but I have no shine, and I think that's why he protects it. About G2 I have only 2 volts, the same happens if I disconnect trc plate.

I do not know if the monitor without wires attached shows some kind of image or legend, and I never had one in my possession, I need to know if you can continue to help me locate the fault, which would give me much pain rule out this device.
