Yes, recovered. I bought it locally and not long after getting it back home, the main system board died, along with the original 2GB hard drive. Rather than letting this little gem get tossed, I opted to replace all the defective parts and upgrade the memory as well. It had an R5000 180MHz and only 128MB of RAM. I found some memory and the new system board and CPU on eBay. Picked up a couple of replacment 146GB SCSI disks from work and brought the system back to life. Also, the original seller of the system threw in the SGI 16000SW monitor, SGI keyboard and mouse, and the Irix discs.

Now that I have it operational, however, I'm sort of at a loss as to where to start with this thing.
I have a working SGI o2 in excellent cosmetic and working condition. I'm including the following items:

1. SGI o2 Workstation (1GB RAM, 146GB HD, Digital Flat Panel Adapter)
2. SGI 1600sw Widescreen LCD Monitor with power supply
3. SGI Keyboard and Mouse
4. Original SGI o2 Manual

There is no plastics damage on the system, only a light scuff mark down the front of the unit. I also had to repair the release tab for the top cover release with some plastic epoxy. It's a solid repair and is not visible from the outside. Basically, the last owner snapped it off trying to take it apart. The unit powers up and boots into Irix without a problem.

I'm also including some spare bits and pieces:

1. Extra 146GB SCSI Seagate HD
2. Extra memory modules for o2 (32MB, 64MB, and 128MB modules..I don't have an exact count right now.)
3. Other misc. SGI stuff

I had wanted to get one of these systems to tinker with and because I'm such a huge SGI fan, but alas, I'm forced to sell it off due to some unforeseen medical expenses. I want to keep it all together and sell it all off as a single lot. Looking for around $450 plus shipping. I'm in Southern California and I'm willing to ship it anywhere as long as shipping is covered.
