Just trying to see if I can find them anywhere cheaper because the local Home Depot has them on clearance...for $25 each......
I need three matching 250V 20A plugs and sockets (L14-20P and L14-20R) and two 250v 15A plugs (LG-15P).
Looks like there are more than a few available through eBay for way less than $25.
As an example, here's an L14-20P for $6.99 (free shipping in the US):

The same guy has the L14-20R receptacles for $11 (ditto on the free shipping):

If
an L6-style twist-lock
will work (
the L6-30P was SGI's default plug for for 250V applications that shipped to Canada, the US and Japan
), here's a package deal that includes both the L6 plug and receptacle for $12:

Some of 'em even mention free shipping, but even if that doesn't apply to Canada having everything shipped in the same box would probably save you money.
If you have multiple 230V systems, depending on your power needs another possibly-available-through-nekochan might be a surplus PDU from someone who's parted out an O2k or O3x0 rack. The PDU (kinda like a glorified surge-strip minus the surge protection) will have a 250V twist-lock to connect to your wall socket (L6 on the ones I have), and provide multiple 230V receptacles of the cheaper non-twist-lock variety. The O2k-style might be the better choice, it provides two C19 outlets and six C13, the O3x0 PDU only provides C13 outlets. For comparison to your needs, the C19 is used with O2k compute modules and Onyx2/O2k Desksides, the C13 outlets to O3x0 sized equipment - there's a table of typical (O2k-era) uses here:

.
If you'd like to see if either PDU can safely meet your needs, here's the TechPubs description of both (show 'em to your electrician and let him decide if they're suitable):
