I just got a Kill-A-Watt meter, so I figured I'd add the results from my three SGI machines. I haven't updated the wiki because I don't want to step on other people's results - perhaps I should just append mine to the bottom? I'm not sure what the accepted procedure is there.
Anyway, these are all off a standard 110V, 15A outlet. Idle means sitting at an IRIX desktop, and loaded means I'm pushing the graphics. I couldn't get any of my machines to draw more power when the processor(s) are being pushed. I also include standby numbers - the machine powered off but plugged in (or in the case of the Onyx2, the breaker in the back switched on).
So here they are:
To push the graphics, I used the Lattice screensaver for the Onyx2 and Octane2, and the solidview demo for my Indigo2.
