IRIX simulation software - Page 2

I remember playing some of these demos on an Onyx1, I believe an RE2. This company did work with Paradigm so it may have been an internal demo CD, I remember it was burned and had a buttonfly interface allowing you to play from the CD or install.
It had Certain Impact, Egghead Shred, the Apex F14 sim (where you take off from NAS North Island in San Diego), and I think there was another sim that put you on a ship in San Francisco.

Does this ring a bell for anyone else?

Egghead and Shred are on the O2 demo disk, I know that.

switching google to dot com (instead of dot it), got success in my search for "modern simulators"
  • DCS
  • X-Plane10
  • Prepar3D
unfortunately those software are for PCs, but I have also found a few interesting inmotionsimulation toys
Some prowling the streets, looking for sweets from their Candyman , I'm Looking for a new fun with IP30/Octane2
IP30 purposes : linux (kernel development), Irix Scientific Apps { Ansys, Catia, Pro/E, FiberSIM, AutoDYNþ, ... }
Other Projects : { Cerberus , Woody Box , 68K-board, SWI_DBG }, discontinued Console hacks { GB, GBA, PSX1 }
Wanted Equipments : { U1732C LCR meter by Keysight } ~ ~ I am still Learning English, be patient with me ~ ~
about me , there are just a few things to know: I am exuberant , and I love the urban dictionary : is it a problem ?!?

Certain Impact from Paradigm.

Well my problem is solved, just scored a new Octane demos 1.3, which purportedly has Certain Impact. :D

Actually never mind... everything else is there, there's even a reference to Certain Impact...

...but there is no Certain Impact. Nice, real nice. :|

Anyone who would know more about that...show me the way please.

Just a heads up for anyone trying to find Certain Impact. The Octane demo's 1.2 and 1.3 do not have it. The 1.2 documentation say's it's on there, but it's not. I don't know about 1.1. Would of been nice to know this myself, but now I am putting the word out, so no one else wastes time or money looking for it there. Don't worry about me I am now fixed up due to a convenient coincidence, but for those looking...

Beware.
