Commercial games for Solaris, HP-UX, (AIX?) etc.

Hi

Do you know others official commercial games ported to Solaris, HP-UX, AIX?

Solaris

Dominions: Priests, Prophets & Pretenders
Dominions II: The Ascension Wars

HP-UX

Dominions: Priests, Prophets & Pretenders (Demo)

Do you know, if Abuse (Demo) was ported to AIX by Crack dot Com?

There was a release of SimCity via DUX software for SunOS, IRIX, SCO, Linux, perhaps others. You could actually download it from ftp.uu.net in the 90s and run in demo mode - the cheapest license, single-user node locked, was $49.

There's a GPL'd version of it called Micropolis out there, too.

* README for DUX SimCity
* Don Hopkins' postings about SimCity

Thanks for the information. I totally forgot about this game.
Back in the day when my first DEC Alpha was brand new, I remember playing Quake on OSF/1 or maybe Linux with OSF/1 binary compatibility hacks.
I've got Quake III Team Arena on Solaris as well.

R.

Back in the late nineties when I was bored I was playing n64 games on a n64 hooked up to the video in (composite?) connector of my indy. It was like n64 games on irix, great and fun stuff. I imagine you can easily do the same on beefier hardware (O2, etc.). Hope this gives you some ideas.
