I can't remember what GTK that I used but I think you can look around for IRIX GTK1 theme on Google.

Mine is actually the stock color scheme, but with this wallpaper: http://homepages.uc.edu/~wintermj/images/kitty.jpg

This is on my slow O2 with 1600sw. Trying to beat the heat :P Colors are a little bland, but it is nice and functional. On the octane I have set up a nice deep blue scheme but it has been in storage for a few months and probably won't come out until the end of summer (or I need to make a recording of something)...
