I have colleagues flying often between New York and Germany/Czech Republic and could try to facilitate something.

Ah, C36xx and C37xx are very big and heavy iron boxes whose physical dimensions are about 450×230×500 mm height/width/depth, and 25kg weight.

Well, it's a relative concept, I know there are bigger and heavier machines, but it's very big and heavy at least for me

No problem. Folks usually fly around biz class only for 2-3 days, and can carry 2x32kg.
I don't go there that often, and haven't been this year at all, but I once brought 4 bicycle wheels for a friend. =)

My C3700 was about 65lbs shipped, so they're pretty heavy.
