I wonder if Audioengine D1 DAC is compatible with Fuel.
On their site says that it uses the TI1020 USB Audio Controller and according to http://www.ti.com/product/tas1020b this is an old USB 1.1 and USB Audio Class 1.0 controller.
I think that the Audioengine D1 has an old enough controller for compatibility with the Fuel and it is worth a try.
