I'd want a specific MIPS section referring to everything MIPS: From the ABI's to the FPU. Pretty much Like the book "See MIPS run" but mixed with SGI/IRIX-stuff.

That would be lovely. There are very few sites out there that actually state the difference between a R10K and a R16K, and I mean every detail, not just "has double the L1 cache".
To be fair, I haven't seen any architecture papers on the R12K-R16K.

The R10k docs by NEC also cover the R12000. Searching for 'VR12000 pdf' on the NEC site should get back some datasheet and user manual links.
I have never seen much on the R14k or R16k, but here is some info on the R18k:
