XVR-2500 Drivers

Per chance, does anyone know where to get the drivers for this graphics adapter?
I've been looking high and low for the package that includes "everything" for this particular adapter.

I'll be ever so thankful for any tips or help that guides me in the right direction ;)
Yes. Getting some kind of hardware acceleration in plain X (Xsun) is a pain.

Still got lagging window rendering and just outlines showing when dragging windows in JDS on Solaris 10. OpenGL stuff works great though.

What OS, which version do you use?

Drivers (packages) started to be shipped from Solaris 10 1/06 and higher.

Comes with Solaris 10 in packages SUNWkfb*

SPARC: Sun SPARCstation 2 (1990), Sun Blade 2000 (2002)
x86: SNI PCD-3M (1989), SNI PCD-4H (1993), SNI Scenic Pro C5 (1996)
Solaris 10 1/13 and I know fogWraith is running it too on his system.
Must be something we'v missed in the configuration. X stuff seems to write to the framebuffer only, no acceleration what to ever and the same responsiveness as my old XVR-100 on the same system. OpenGL stuff runs like a dream though.

To clarify,

Operating system is 5.10, in other words Solaris 10 for SPARC, I've looked on the ISO I have available and the drivers + extras aren't there.
I have 2D, but not even that this is efficient enough for 2D when running CDE or that JDE in software (I get proper speeds from the included XVR-300, and faster in 2D).

I have the cluster / massive patch from june 2015 installed, which should include all the patches and goodies, but no.
There are opengl patches and such, but none that are exclusive to the card itself, they just seem to be generic framebuffer drivers that run the bare minumum, even with the latest Solaris 10 for SPARC. Which leads me to belive I need more than what Oracle supplies.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
I don't understand your problem(s).

What's the output of ...
# cat /etc/release

Sound's like you're able to get proper resolution under X11 with the monitor connected to the XVR-2500 (?)
What's the output of ...
# pkginfo | grep SUNWkfb
=> No output here means, NO DRIVERS installed!

The original accelerator package CD-ROM contains the SUNWkfb*-packages (drivers, configs etc) under path under "Product/XVR-2500/Solaris_10/Packages". Alternatively use the Solaris 10 install DVD. Hint: in the Installation manual (link to PDF above) there is the restriction to install the driver first and afterwards the Hardware (XVR-2500).

More details, please:

Everything seems to be in place, however perfomance still seems to be somewhat lacking, just want to point out that I also have an xvr-300 and an xvr-600, which seem to be performing better when it comes to X, the only card in the machine now is the xvr-2500.
