no more menu in maya

Hello

i have some trouble to have complet texte menu in maya
the default font size seem to be to large

i try to modify these with the help of the forum past topics, but i couldn't find some help

i only modify the icon and toolchest title bar size, the rest is ungly and to big
i try to find .Xdefault, but no file......
