I created my first two nekoware tardists:

neko_tkdiff: A program to show differences in two text files, very useful for developers to compare changes from one version to another.

neko_fossil: A little good and nice control version software for developers, includes bug tracking, wiki, web interface, forking and some another good features, ideal
for solo developers.
