Enforcing 15 min. screensavers w/password lock

Hello,

Using ssaver I can configure my own screen saver timer, select a screen saver, and enable screen locking. When complete, these settings are saved in ~user/.desktop-hostname/pannelboard . I've tried copying those settings into /var/X11/xdm/Xsession thinking that these settings could be applied for everyone. However, I haven't been able to get that to work.

The panelboard file contains:
/usr/bin/X11/xset s 600
/usr/bin/X11/xlock -mode swarm -besaver &

How do I enforce a 15min. screen lock for all users?

Thanks,

You can't really enfoce it, but you should be able to set this as default by running the xset commands either in Xsetup or Xstartup and add xlock or xscreensaver to the default Xsession.
